Through conscious breathing, embodied awareness, and shared reflection, participants explore how inner capacities such as presence, clarity, and emotional resilience contribute to regenerative leadership and systems change.

Rooted in the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), this session invites you to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the future we’re all shaping together.

In order to ensure this event is kept accessible to all, tickets pricing is koha-based. All proceeds go back to supporting environmental and community support programmes.

Te Ao Earth week is a week of celebration of those who are taking action to create the future our planet needs and shift human behaviour to align with environmental and community wellbeing.
