It consists of Conscious Connected Breathing, in and out of the nose, so it's more gentle than the "transformational breathwork" that is gaining popularity, but just as powerful.

Cacao is a sacred medicine derived from the cacao plant sustainably sourced from Peru. It has been used for thousands of years by the indigenous people there to activate our Anahata (heart) Chakra and connect to our higher selves. Most people do speak of an uplifting effect from drinking it, but it doesn't have any psychoactive properties (it won't get you high).

This sacred time allows you to ground yourself, connect with the group, drink the sacred medicine, and set powerful intentions for your breathwork session. Through guided mindfulness and collective focus, you'll create a clear path for healing and transformation. You’ll be introduced to the principles and practices of Rebirthing Breathwork, learn the breathing techniques, and explore the diverse experiences that may unfold during your session.

Guided Breathwork Journey
As you move into your Breathwork Journey, you will begin a profound exploration of your inner self. Using conscious connected breathing, you will have the opportunity to delve deep into your subconscious mind. This immersive experience allows for deep emotional release, self-discovery, and transformative healing.

Integration and Sharing Circle
Conclude your Rebirthing Breathwork session with the Integration and Sharing Circle. This reflective time allows you to process and integrate your experiences while sharing insights and breakthroughs with the group. Connect with others, gain deeper clarity, and celebrate the transformative journey together.

Comfortable, warm clothing
Yoga Mat, Pillow and blanket in case you get cold (which can happen while breathing, even in the heat of summer!)
