Hey you beautiful souls,

Join us for an ecstatic breathwork and meditation practice in Coogee. Let’s breathe ourselves into stillness, where the mind is quiet, expand our love for ourselves and each other through our breath, soften the body, rest in our loving presence, our beingness, knowing ourselves as the bliss which holds everything.

I love to breathe, to deepen, to soften, to open into the loving spaciousness that we are. So we bear witness to our beauty, our awesomeness and our sacredness. To be in the world from this place. Be the knowing out of which all experience is made. Know this place as home.

Here’s an invitation to gather in community, to breathe together, to move together, to raise our vibration, life will then meet us at our new level, as we refine our consciousness, we show this supreme act of devotion to ourselves, this is deepest act of love.

Everybody is welcome. No breathwork experience necessary. Just an open mind to do the work, to commit to the practice, to love yourself fully, to learn another pathway to source. Every step a necessary step in becoming who you are and who you will be.

Breathwork is a powerful way to access your body’s innate intelligence, it’s something we can take for granted, but is a practice that is thousands of years old, and while there are many variations, styles and names, all types of breath work offer the chance for personal transformation through improved mental, emotional, physical, and inner well-being. Our breath, or prana, is literally what keeps us alive, and yet, so often, we go through the day chronically shallow breathing, denying ourselves our full life force which often keeping us in a state of anxiety, or fight or flight. Breathwork, or the process of deep rhythmic breathing, moves us out of fight or flight and into the parasympathetic nervous system to rest and digest. It is said that how we breathe is how we live, and so to live life to its fullest, we need to breathe to our fullest.

This session will include some light movement and a guided ecstatic breathwork session, breathing to beats and we’ll melt into our loving presence with a beautiful meditation. Get ready to open your heart fully, to quieten your mind, to rest in the silent stillness which you are, to come home.

Open to everyone, recommended price is $20, but a donation, i.e. paying what is affordable to you at the moment is also welcome. Spaces are limited so please register and book to confirm your place.

Important information prior to session

- Please don’t eat heavily beforehand

- Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket and a small pillow if you like, journal or paper to write on, and some drinking water

- Wear comfortable clothes, as we will be doing a small amount of movement

About James’ experience:

James has always been passionate about understanding the mind and unlocking our full potential. He has trained with a range of high performance coaches from across the world, Non dual teachers and guides, and works with a range of modalities including meditation, breath work, yoga and embodied movement. He has trained with Dan Brule, the Bruce Lee of Breathwork - a Breath work Master, SOMA breath and many types of pranayama breath.
