This is a series of 5 x FORTNIGHTLY session, gathering at 10:00am-11:00am in Woodcroft, SA.

REST | RESTORE | RELAX

These fortnightly sessions are an opportunity to take a well deserved break from everyday life.

An hour of "ME" time to release stress, find connection, regulate your nervous system and just BE.

Through the use of meditation, mindfulness, yoga nidra (conscious sleep), and gentle breathwork and relaxation practices, you are invited to let it all go and rest deeply in a safe and nurturing space.

(This is a women only event)

WHEN: Friday (fortnightly) : 10am - 11am

VENUE: Woodcroft Community Centre (Room 3)

INVESTMENT: $125 for 5 sessions | please contact Marlen to discuss private payment arrangements

A bit about your host:

Marlen has been teaching Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork for the past 7 years and has a passion for mindfulness & all things that support people to find inner peace, connection to community & some time out to relax & rest.

Marlen likes to create spaces and offerings for people to feel held, seen and heard. Her deep love for humanity is always at the forefront of what she tries to bring to this world.

Her intention is for people to find balance and nourish their body, mind and spirit by allowing themselves to take things a little SLOWER.
