There is a direct connection between the breath and your psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Unfortunately for many, breathing is involuntary or reactive. When breath techniques are applied consciously you are entering into the areas of Healing, Optimising, or Manifesting.

You will learn the science of breath behind the techniques, how to access and influence your inner pharmacy for health and optimal performance, and the secret to manifesting.

Combining ceremonial grade cacao and breathwork is powerful. Irma will guide you through a gentle heart & lung-expanding cacao journey. The intention is to support you as you travel deeper into yourself with the breath. The cacao may also enhance and activate euphoric body and mind experiences during your breathwork journey.

The pure ceremonial cacao you will be receiving connects you directly to the farmers and communities in the cacao growing region of Central Peru. A world apart from monoculture cacao plantations and industrially processed cacao, this high vibration heart opening strain of Amazonian 'criollo' cacao is crafted with care and intention in small batches for Ceremonial Grade energy.

This cacao has been tested and shown to contain the highest levels of theobromine (uplifting/widens airways/relaxes smooth muscles), ethanolamides (elation/ecstasy), tryptophan (joy), tryptamine (euphoria/dmt activation), phenylethylamine; PEA - aka the love molecule (contentment/pleasure) and magnesium (tranquility/calm).

Coffee for at least 6 hours prior
Mind-altering substances on the day of the ceremony - alcohol, THC, etc.

Antidepressants (some medications interact with the MAO inhibitors in Cacao and that reaction can create side effects, such as headaches)
Food sensitivities (if you’re sensitive to fermented foods, Cacao will not be a good option for you)
Pregnancy and breastfeeding (there are no known contraindications, in fact, Cacao would likely support breastfeeding and nourishment of expecting mothers. So just tune into your own body and have a smaller dose, if needed)

About Steve Hill:

Steve is a SOMA Breath Master Instructor & Breath Coach and the founder of Inner Oasis. Inner Oasis is dedicated to helping people learn to balance their Inner and Outer worlds from a holistic perspective.

He has practiced various breathing techniques dating back to when he had asthma as a child. After a 35 year journey through various martial arts, spiritual practices, and immersion into SOMA Breath, he practices and shares the benefits of conscious breathing techniques for optimal performance, well-being, and manifestation. Steve is passionate about human potential and helping people be their best selves.

For over 20 years Steve has transformed the lives of thousands of people, facilitating workshops in large organisations and corporates through world-leading programs he designed on Self Intelligence (In which he authored, JOLT Challenge - The Self Intelligence Experience), Storytelling and Creativity, as well as his work as a shamanic practitioner, life coach, and mentor.

Steve facilitates retreats, workshops, classes, private sessions speaks at conferences, and is continually learning and sharing the science and techniques of breathwork practices locally and internationally.

About Irma Schutte:

Irma is a clinical homeopath, sound healer, teacher, and founder of Mamamuti. She has been working with evidence-based natural medicine since 1999 and has a special interest in holistic mental health and addiction recovery methods.

Irma openly speaks about her personal journey with addiction and how plant medicine has supported her in her recovery. She is committed to sharing this knowledge.

Cacao, to her, is one of the gentlest, yet most powerful plants that can support us in our healing from trauma, shock, and loss. She explores and explains the depth of cacao’s medicine during her workshops and retreats.

As a group facilitator, she holds a trauma-informed space. Her devotion to understand and uphold the traditional, spiritual and cultural significance of ancient plant medicine has taken her across the globe.

Irma has been working with cacao as a plant guide since 2015 and has been facilitating cacao gatherings and ceremonies across Aotearoa since 2018. Her passion and love for cacao are tangible and infectious.
