Breathwork : A Transformational Journey Within
Event description
Guided by trauma-informed facilitators Ness and Birgit, this practice offers a safe, nourishing space to arrive exactly as you are and leave feeling more grounded and present.
Our mission is simple: to create a supportive container where you can explore the healing power of your breath.
What is Transformational Breathwork?
Transformational Breathwork is a guided practice of conscious, connected breathing. By using intentional breath patterns, you can release physical tension, soften emotional blockages and move beyond limiting beliefs. This process restores balance to the nervous system, frees stored energy, and creates greater resilience, clarity and vitality.
Ancient traditions have long honoured the breath as medicine. Today, neuroscience confirms this - how we breathe directly shapes how we feel, think and heal.
The Science of Breathwork
Calms the Nervous System: Activates the body’s natural “rest and restore” response
Lowers Stress: Reduces cortisol, easing anxiety and tension
Balances Emotions: Supports mood, focus, and resilience
Boosts Vitality: Improves oxygen flow for energy and clarity
Releases Trauma: Helps integrate and release stored trauma and tension
