Rebirthing is a return to the way we used to breathe at birth and the sound will drop you deeper into where your healing capacity is gentle and profound.

It is a coming "home" to a "remembering" of the breath we came to earth with.

It is a circular breath where the inhale and the exhale are connected.

The gentle breath is continuous, and it puts you in a state where you process thoughts, feelings and emotions, all done unconsciously.

It is held by a facilitator (me) to guide the process for your safety and care.

With light, carefully picked sounds, and the beautiful mystic sounds of the Hand Pan.

Breath work helps release trauma, anxiety, depression, fear, grief and anger in a very gentle way.

This breath has the ability to stimulate the PARASYMPATHETIC NERVOUS SYSTEM (rest and restore) and suppress the sympathetic nervous system sending messages to the vagus nerve to direct our system into a relaxation response. It is a very subtle and powerful experience with endless of health benefits.
