Breathwork and Cacao Workshop

Facilitated by Matthew Wright and Giulia Mattioli, this event brings together breathwork, music, storytelling, cacao, and gentle movement to help you let go of tension and reconnect with a sense of peace. Through guided breathwork and the heart-opening properties of cacao, you’ll leave feeling grounded, deeply relaxed, and restored.
