We’ll begin by creating a safe, supportive container where we’ll set intentions, group agreements, and boundaries to honor your experience.

You’ll then be invited to…

🌿 Settle inward with meditation and a sound bath to soothe your senses and create space for deep reflection.

💫 Flow into an optional breathwork + movement practice designed to release tension & stuck energy and reconnect you with your body & emotions.

✨ Integrate through rest, journaling, and reflection.

🌿 Close with a sharing circle and light grounding snacks to bring you gently back to earth.

This is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore embodiment in community.

All practices are individual and self-directed, with no partnered exercises or touch involved.

This is a three-hour, in-person experience in Portland, Oregon.

First-time participants are required to complete a brief Prep Call and health screening prior to attending. After registering, you’ll receive an email with instructions for scheduling your Prep Call.

• First-time participants: $84, including the required Prep Call

Francesca (she/her) is an experienced facilitator, VITA-Certified Empowerment & Intimacy Coach, and Breathwork Guide. She specializes in embodied approaches to self-connection, relationships, self-worth, intimacy, and personal growth.
