A wonderful weekend blending Breathwork opening our hearts, and the stillness that comes from the medicine wheel. We will enhance our connectedness and belonging to nature and acknowledge our ancestors - creating a new language of courage to call in our emerging future. The workshop will conclude with a pipe ceremony of gratitude and gifting our Earth with something valuable (something special to you) in which to commemorate the occasion and deepen its worth.

Jennipher Mac B.A.(Hons) initially trained in Breathwork in 1989. She is also an NLP Trainer, Hypnotherapist, and Social Justice Theatre Facilitator specializing in trauma and Family and Domestic Violence recovery. Liz Mistry has been a registered nurse specialising in end-of-life and aged care, trained in shamanic practice, based on practices as taught by The Spirit of the earth Medicine Society (SOTEMS), and art therapy. She has a strong desire to develop dadirri – deep listening and spent time in Peru with traditional healers in the Amazon. It has been her passion for sharing t the Medicine Wheel for over 20 years.
