Ash is a highly experienced Yoga and Shamnic Healing Practioner, with 15 years of experience working in the health and well-being space.

Ash holds expertise in Yoga, Meditation, Private Counselling, Integration, Nutrition Coaching, Shamanic Healing Practices, Sound Healing and Personal Training.

Ash is passionate about holding space for people to do their own deep healing, guiding people to the root cause of their illness/imbalances, and taking people deep into the present moment as well as other realms if necessary for deep healing.
