This event is designed to help you connect with your higher self, trust your intuition and relieve anxiety within a safe and supportive space. It is the perfect opportunity to look inward and let go of anything that is no longer serving you. This event involves meditation, breathwork* and more!

Time: Arrive at 3:45pm please for a 4pm start

Duration: Allow 1 hour for the Breathwork & Meditation experience

Dress Code: Comfortable/warm clothes

Bring:

Water bottle
Yoga mat/towel to lay on
Blanket if you like
Warm clothes for the meditation
Journal & pen (optional)
Any jewellery, crystals or items to put on the altar for Ari
