I have trained in Covid times and now I have done over 100 breathwork Session along with hundreds of Ortho-Bionomy Sessions since 2016. High attention to your comfort because I believe you don't heal trauma with trauma. When we give the conscious mind something to concentrate on the subconscious goes to work clearing and cleaning out the deep trauma held within the body. Most of the time we are not aware of what or how this process happens - this is the magic. We don't need to know how or why it just is, right?
