An invitation to step away from the noise for an evening and come back into your body, your breath, and yourself.

Breathwork & Primal Sound is a powerful journey combining Conscious Connected Breathwork with live sound and music — drum, didgeridoo, flutes, rattles, voice and other instruments woven intuitively throughout the experience.

The breath can take us beneath some of the thinking, holding and busyness of everyday life.

Into the body.

Into feeling.

Into whatever might be asking to move, soften, release or simply be witnessed.

There is nothing you need to achieve and no particular experience you’re supposed to have.

Some journeys can feel powerful and expressive. Others can be quiet, emotional, peaceful or deeply restorative.

Your journey is your own.

We’ll finish slowly, allowing plenty of space to rest, integrate and return before heading back into the world.

No previous breathwork experience is needed. Come exactly as you are. 💜

Conscious Connected Breathwork can create strong physical and emotional responses and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please seek appropriate medical advice before participating if you are pregnant or have cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, a history of aneurysm, epilepsy or seizures, significant respiratory conditions, recent major surgery or injury, or another medical condition that may be affected by intensive breathing practices.

Certain significant mental health conditions or a history of psychosis or mania may also require additional consideration before participating.
