Through intentional breathing techniques, you’ll uncover a renewed sense of clarity and spiritual alignment. It consists of Conscious Connected Breathing, in and out of the nose, so it's more gentle than the "transformational breathwork" that is gaining popularity, yet just as powerful.

This time around, Jourdi is teaming up with the amazing Cam (@souljourneywithme), who is an energy practitioner and sound healer engaged in diverse healing modalities and women’s work. From coaching to voice activation to embodiment photography, her work is ceremonial, intentional, and deeply connected to the land.

Opening Ceremony and Intention Setting

Begin your Rebirthing Breathwork journey with a powerful Opening Intention Setting Ceremony. This sacred time allows you to ground yourself, connect with the group, and set powerful intentions for your breathwork session. Through guided mindfulness and collective focus, you'll create a clear path for healing and transformation. You’ll be introduced to the principles and practices of Rebirthing Breathwork, learn the breathing techniques, and explore the diverse experiences that may unfold during your session.

Guided Breathwork Journey

As you move into your Breathwork Journey, you will begin a profound exploration of your inner self. Using conscious connected breathing, you will have the opportunity to delve deep into your subconscious mind. This immersive experience allows for deep emotional release, self-discovery, and transformative healing.

Vibrational Medicine

Cam moves energy through sound, touch, and intent, guiding you with a continuous stream of healing vibration throughout the session to support your activation and gently ground you. With instruments ranging from drum to flute to guitar, she channels the medicine of the moment, creating a soundscape that opens the doorway to the deepest parts of yourself.

Integration and Sharing Circle
Conclude your breathe and sound healing session with an Integration and Sharing Circle. This reflective time allows you to process and integrate your experiences while sharing insights and breakthroughs with the group. Connect with others, gain deeper clarity, and celebrate the transformative journey together.
