A night filled with conscious Breath-work practice lead by Jackson Merritt and Sound bath by special guest Isobel Baikie (@Naturallyis) from the community of rewired.
An immersive experience learning from experiencing the powers of deep breathing and how this beautiful practice impacts our ability to rewire our nervous system and expand our feelings of connection. To top it off, an immersive Sound Bath will be led by Isobel using 99.9% Quartz crystal singing bowls, bringing the medicine of sound and voice to lead you through a restorative and transforming journey back into balance, peace and clarity. Join us as we settle in the most beautiful yoga space Wollongong has to offer, the Yoga Hive in Woonona.
