    Embark on a transformative journey of self discovery. Join me for a profound practice designed to help you find guidance, inner strength, expansion, connection and peace.

    This is an opportunity for you to step back from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in the healing power of your breath. Allow yourself to be guided on an inward journey, creating space for a deeper connection with yourself uncovering the beauty and truth that we all hold.

    Breathwork allows us to to switch off our pre frontal cortex freeing us from our critical thinking and the survival mind, helping us to reach a deep sense of calmness and relaxation. From there we are able to access our limbic brain were we process behavioural and emotional responses.

    This process enables us to access deeper love, empathy, connection, understanding and inner healing while shifting existing patterns. 

    The beauty of Breathwork is that every journey will be a different experience.  

    This is your invitation to submerge in the restorative resonance of Sound and harness the power of Breathwork.

    What to bring

    - Water bottle

    - Journal - if that is part of your practice

    - Everything to make you feel comfortable will be provided. You may wish to bring your own yoga mat for extra comfort.

    - Please wear comfortable clothing

    This session is not suitable if you have any of the following health conditions

    - History of Stroke

    - Cardiovascular/ Heart conditions

    - Strong Current or past Trauma (I strongly advise 1 on 1 sessions for high trauma cases)

    - I understand I cannot attend this event if I have Flu like symptoms.
