BREATHWORK AND SOUNDSCAPE WITH ESTONIAN SAUNA ♡

The day starts in a beautiful circle, followed by breathwork and soundscape, and ends with relaxing Nordic sauna experience. There is a pool and cold plunge to enjoy and some amazing fruits from our friends at Green Plough afterwards. The peaceful surroundings in the middle of the forest in Tamborine add a special radiance to the day.

☆ What to bring and wear: water bottle, journal, comfortable clothes, swimwear, towel
