Held at the beautiful en light n. Armadale practice, Dr Sarah Jane and Loren Honey come together for one evening only to create magic. A combination of breathwork and spinal energetics, this intimate event will allow you to unwind and feel truly safe to reconnect with yourself, amongst like minded humans. Loren Honey is an internationally sought-after, trained breathworker, intuitive life coach, women's circle facilitator and published author. She’s highly trained and embodies what she teaches with integrity. She is known for her grounded and intuitive approach, mixing together her fire, flow and sovereignty within a trauma informed, sacred space. Her electric vision in creating alchemical spaces for humans is unlike others. Loren aims to help those sharing space with her to access their own inner GPS system - their intuition - and connect the mind with the body.

Dr Sarah Jane is the founder of Spinal Energetics, a Network Spinal Chiropractor, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Holistic Counsellor, Energy Facilitator and has an extensive interest in learning about world religions, eastern philosophy, culture, nature, animals, art, self-improvement, spirituality and ultimately living in alignment with her true purpose. She has developed her own modality - Spinal Energetics - and runs face to face practitioner training, with online courses launching early 2023. This is a rare opportunity to spend the evening with Dr Sarah Jane who’s books closed due to high demand in 2022-2023.

When - Thursday 16th of March. Doors open 6:30pm for snacks/treats and refreshments then from 7pm be immersed in this powerful Breathwork x Spinal Energetics experience.

Bring - Yoga Mat, cushions, blankets, and anything else you might need to feel comfortable. Meditation cushions are provided.

Wear - Please wear comfortable clothing.

Please note: Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices.

It is crucial that you inform your breathwork practitioner if any of the following conditions are relevant to you:

- Pregnancy (at any stage), severe PTSD or trauma, recent surgery, detached retina, glaucoma, kidney disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke, aneurysm in the brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, history of seizures

- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
