Sunday Afternoon Breathwork & Yoga Nidra

This session combines pranayama and diaphragmatic breathing techniques with Yoga Nidra, an evidence-based guided meditation practice often described as non-sleep deep rest (NSDR).

You will be guided through a series of sustainable breathing practices that can be used in everyday life to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and help you return to a state of rest, balance and restoration.

Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are provided. The session is supported by carefully selected music to help guide the breath and deepen relaxation.

Encouraged:
• Bring a pillow for extra comfort
• Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing

Held every 3 weeks at Solitude Pilates.

Suitable for beginners and those with an existing meditation or breathwork practice. 🤍🌿
