Experience transformation through breath

Breathwork is a transformative somatic practice designed to explore and release deep-seated emotions and subconscious blocks.

Through conscious connected breathing, we enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness, facilitating the release of trapped emotions, memories, and daily stress held within our body.

This practice enhances mental and emotional well-being, leaving you feeling lighter and more connected to yourself.

Join this small group session to experience somatic breathwork, gentle bodywork, energy work, and the healing vibrations of a sound bath, allowing you to release what no longer serves you.

In a safe and welcoming environment, you'll be supported every step of the way as you embark on a journey of emotional release, inner peace, and personal transformation.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this unique opportunity invites you to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.

Step into a space of healing and discover the power of your breath.
