Join me for a transformative Breathwork Journey designed to help you release what no longer serves you, restore your inner peace, and open up to feel in to the love and joy that resides within. This powerful practice will guide you to deepen your connection with yourself, clear energetic blockages, and create space for the clarity and grounding needed to step confidently into 2025.

In this nurturing, trauma-informed session, you’ll be gently guided through breathwork to:

Find safety and relaxation within your body, allowing you to surrender and release tension
Clear stagnant energy and emotions, freeing you from mental clutter and limiting patterns
Cultivate deep calm, grounding and presence
Open your heart to compassion and love, to find the beauty within and around
Opportunity for journalling to capture your experience, reflections and new intentions
Connect with a supportive community with an option to share your experience and ask questions for additional coaching support

Whether you’re new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this session will support you wherever you are at.

Who this is not suitable for

While breathwork is supportive for most people there are a few conditions that are outside the scope of my practice, if you have any of the following conditions then attending this breathwork session is not a safe healing route for you at this time. Retinal detachment, Seizure disorders, History of psychosis or untreated mental illness, Glaucoma.
