A Breathwork session to celebrate the year & Breathe Life in! An afternoon to unwind, find your centre & calmness in the hustle of December.

In this workshop you can expect to:

EXPLORE multiple breathing techniques, gently and at your own pace. The breathing patterns become like a meditation. Simple sound healing is offered during integration.

REGULATE your nervous system & build resilience; when you release stress and tension, you create space for calmness.

TRANSFORMATION: build energy yet experience deep relaxation, improved sleep, find clarity & focus, peace of mind, create more flow, release what must go, and so much more!

VENUE: exclusive use of the serene site at Getaway, we practice on the undercover veranda next to the lilypond & tropical gardens.

WHAT to bring: yoga mat, cushion/pillow, blanket, water, comfortable clothes. Limited spare equipment on the night, contact us if you require a mat.

For safety reasons, breathwork is not suitable for pregnancy, epilepsy or history of seizures, heart disease including angina/previous heart attack, severe asthma, uncontrolled blood pressure (high or low), history of stroke, aneurysm (brain or abdominal), uncontrolled thyroid disease or diabetes, detached retina, glaucoma, severe mental health disorders or psychiatric conditions (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia), hospitalisation for a psychiatric condition in the last 10 years.
