Learn the science of breath behind the techniques, how to access and influence your inner pharmacy for health and optimal performance, and the secret to manifesting.

You will also experience a potent 1-hour group breathwork session where I will guide you on a journey that integrates ancient and contemporary techniques for channelling and directing your energy to manifest what you desire.

Cacao (Theobroma cacao) is an ancestral tree indigenous to the Amazon region of Latin America with ceremonial use dating more than 3,000 years ago back to the Mayans.

The cacao plant is seen as a sacred plant. It has been used for a number of spiritual, medicinal, and ceremonial purposes throughout history, assisting in opening up the heart, soothing spiritual wounds, and guiding through the release of pent-up emotions.

About 'In The Flow Cacao':

Mary from 'In The Flow Cacao' will be guiding us through a beautiful heart-opening cacao ceremony using organic Cacao paste (Pure Criollo Cacao) from Peru. In Spanish, Criollo means 'of local origin'. Which is super important to them as well as ensuring they source high-quality, extremely aromatic beans.

Containing the good stuff our body needs to function well, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium, manganese, healthy fats and other compounds that increase your levels of the hormones, serotonin and dopamine.

We believe cacao ceremonies are the ultimate heart-opener, being a powerful ritual that is centuries old, we are honored to supply that experience for others.

• chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III)

• epilepsy, pacemakers or heart arrhythmias, unless treatment (including IHT) is under direct medical supervision.

/// HEALTH PRECAUTIONS FOR THE CACAO CEREMONY ///

Antidepressants (some medications interact with the MAO inhibitors in Cacao and that reaction can create side effects, such as headaches)
Food sensitivities (if you’re sensitive to fermented foods, Cacao may not be a good option for you)
Pregnancy and breastfeeding (there are no known contraindications, in fact, Cacao would likely support breastfeeding and nourishment of expecting mothers. So just tune into your own body and have a smaller dose, if needed)

Coffee for at least 6 hours prior
Mind-altering substances on the day of the ceremony
Alcohol, THC, etc.

Steve is a SOMA Breath Master Instructor, Breath Coach and the founder of Inner Oasis. Inner Oasis is dedicated to helping people balance their Inner and Outer worlds from a holistic perspective.

He practised various breathing techniques dating back to when he had asthma as a child. After a 35 year journey through martial arts, spiritual practices, and immersion into SOMA Breath, he practices and shares the benefits of conscious breathing techniques for optimal performance, well-being, and manifestation. Steve is passionate about human potential and helping people be their best selves.

For over 20 years, Steve has transformed the lives of thousands of people. He has facilitated workshops in large organisations and corporates through world-leading programs he designed on Self Intelligence (In which he authored JOLT Challenge - The Self Intelligence Experience), Storytelling, Creativity and his work as a shamanic practitioner, life coach, and mentor.

Steve facilitates retreats, workshops, classes, private sessions and speaks at conferences. He is continually learning and sharing the science and techniques of breathwork practices locally and internationally.
