Under the expert guidance of Loren Honey - one of Aotearoa’s most experienced and respected breathwork facilitators - you’ll be held in a safe, trauma-informed space to explore the full potential of your breath as medicine, movement and awakening.

Through conscious connected breathwork, energy work and emotional awareness, Loren supports you to become your own healer and guide - reconnecting you to your body’s innate intelligence.

This is Loren’s final Auckland event of 2025 - a potent closing ceremony for the year, and an opportunity to reset your system before stepping into what’s next.

Meet Your Facilitator

Loren Honey is recognised as one of Aotearoa’s OGs of breathwork, with over eight years’ experience guiding thousands through transformational journeys. Her trauma-informed approach, background as a coach and mentor, and her grounded presence create a space of deep safety and expansion.

Event Details

🕐 When: Saturday 29 November, 12:30–3:30pm
📍 Where: Yoga Ground, Level 1, 56 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn, Auckland

Bring: yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, water bottle, lip balm, journal and pen.
Wear comfortable clothing and please avoid perfume or strong scents to keep the air clear.

Contraindications

Breathwork creates specific physiological and emotional changes. The following conditions are contraindicated in some breathwork practices:
Pregnancy (any stage), severe PTSD or trauma, recent surgery, detached retina, glaucoma, kidney disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease (including angina, heart attack or stroke), aneurysm, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, epilepsy or seizure history, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or previous psychiatric conditions.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable up to 12 hours before the event.
To transfer, email loren@lorenhoney.com with your order number and the new attendee’s name. Within 12 hours of the event, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
