Loren Honey is one of Aotearoa’s original breathwork facilitators, with 8+ years experience supporting thousands of people. Her trauma-informed approach, combined with her work as a coach and mentor, creates a safe, grounded space for deep inner work.

Contraindications
Breathwork can create strong physical and emotional responses. Please let Loren know before attending if you have any of the following:

Pregnancy, severe PTSD/trauma, recent surgery, detached retina, glaucoma, kidney disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions (including heart attack or stroke), aneurysm, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, epilepsy or seizures, or any history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions.

FAQs

What is breathwork?
A guided, conscious connected breathing technique practiced lying down with music. The session (approx. 60 mins) supports emotional release, clarity, and nervous system regulation.

I have a contraindication — can I still come?
Get in touch with Loren to discuss. Adjustments, a 1:1 session, or waiting may be recommended.

Refunds
No refunds. Tickets can be transferred up to 12 hours before the event (email with your order number). Within 12 hours, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
