Experience the magic of your BREATH!

This is an event designed to help you up-level, clear your subconscious of what's holding you back and help you tap into your intuition.

During this 3 hour ceremony, you'll learn how to do the conscious connected breathwork technique, ways to support and resource yourself throughout and a full 60 min breathwork journey with space for integration and sharing about your experience at the end, if you want to share. A: This conscious connected breathwork is a specific breathing technique which has a whole range of benefits including, releasing trauma, letting go of past hurts, health benefits, access creative ideas and tap into your inner knowing. The 60min breathwork journey itself is done laying down with eyes closed and is guided with a music playlist specifically curated for the event.

Q: What can I expect?

A: There will be a short guided meditation, explanation of conscious connected breathwork (how to do it, tetany, things that may happen etc), a full 60 min breathwork journey and space afterwards for a few to share about their experience and any questions asked and support given if needed

Q: I have one or more of the listed contraindications - what should I do?
