    FAQ’s:

    What can I expect?

There will be a short guided meditation, explanation of conscious connected breathwork (how to do it, tetany, things that may happen etc), a full 60 min breathwork journey and space afterwards for a few to share about their experience and any questions asked and support given if needed

I have one or more of the listed contraindications - what should I do?

Email or message Loren to let her know what these are and she’ll let you know if she can offer adjustments so you can attend, a 1:1 private session is more suitable or if it’s not the right time for you

Is there a minimum age to be able to come?

Yes, this is an R18 event. Breathwork is safe for younger ones but is best in a 1:1 session

I'm not sure I can come this day, when will Loren next hold this event?

No idea! Loren is coming from Auckland as part of her Aotearoa Tour so we highly recommend you try to come to this event while she's in town
