Join the circle for an evening of holotropic style breathwork.

In this circle I will provide a safe container that includes elements of ceremony. I will hold space for you to explore the wonders that exist just outside your default operating consciousness. I will support you to move through the different stages of the breath cycle and grounding upon your return.

Through your breath, we will introduce a gentle, non-ordinary state of consciousness. Breathwork offers a safe, legal and sustainable pathway to non-ordinary states. Practice within these states allows the mind to exercise flexibility, increased neural connectivity and somatic safety.

Our brains are wired into habitual programming through conditioning – this is part of the human experience. Through non-ordinary states work, we can explore and widen these neural patterns making space for endless possibilities.

In a breathwork journey it is easier to maintain your grounding within your somatic experience as compared to plant medicine journeys. This allows for cultivating more presence in the body and easier access to the insights received upon return. The breath cycle is always in your reach and is anywhere between 1-3 hours.

These investments in self will help to further develop the mind body connection needed for adequate preparation and integration practices.

This journey will close with time for grounding and sharing. I will offer integration practices that intersect with psychedelic integration tools. This journey is being offered as both a breathwork circle and as a harm reduction dialogue.

I bring layers of experience to the circle. Over 5 years of breathwork experience, psychology and counselling degrees, training in psychedelic assisted therapy and expressive therapies. I am an advocate for harm reduction and psychedelic education and have 10 years of professional experience in healthcare delivering clinical education.

I facilitate for intimate groups in the USA and Perth. I also facilitate for clients 1:1 or in couples.

Breathwork practice is not recommended in the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing).
