You are invited to join a small, intimate breathwork circle using Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR) which is a gentle yet powerful practice that supports the nervous system to unwind, regulate, and reconnect.

This session weaves together guided breathwork, sound, music, precise bodywork, and sharing, held carefully within a supportive circle.

We begin with by setting intentions together, before moving into the breathwork journey.

A key element of this practice is the touch and bodywork component, which helps the body release held patterns and supports the breath to move more freely. The approach is slow, attentive, and responsive; we do not push for big emotional releases. Instead, the work meets each nervous system exactly where it is, allowing the process to unfold safely and naturally.

To ensure deep care and support, this circle is intentionally limited to only 5 participants, with a 1:5 facilitator-to-breather ratio. This allows each person’s nervous system and breath pattern to be carefully monitored and guided throughout the session.

This transformative practice is suitable for all experience levels, including beginners. Whether you are new to breathwork or already familiar with inner work, you are welcome.

The session will be held in the beautiful, calming space of Kiva and Zen in Exeter, and facilitated by Emma, who is trained in Facilitated Breath Repatterning and has many years of experience holding space for people to turn inward: to listen, receive, and reconnect with themselves.

Through the wisdom of the breath and the intelligence of the body, this practice creates space for insight, integration, and deeper connection.
