Who this is not suitable for

While breathwork is supportive for most people there are a few conditions that are outside the scope of my practice, if you have any of the following conditions then attending this breathwork session is not a safe healing route for you at this time. Retinal detachment, Seizure disorders, History of psychosis or untreated mental illness, Glaucoma.
