Breathwork: Creating Space for Choice

A morning of intention setting, conscious connected breathing and reconnection

Saturday 14 November | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Gisborne, Victoria | Macedon Ranges Breathwork

What if creating a different experience of life begins with something as simple as becoming aware of your breath?

Join Jessica Ball from Macedon Ranges Breathwork for a gentle, experiential morning exploring the connection between your breath, your nervous system and the choices you make in everyday life.

Our nervous system influences how we respond to the world around us. When we feel overwhelmed, stressed or caught in familiar patterns, it can be difficult to pause, recognise what we need and respond in ways that reflect how we truly want to live.

Through intention setting, a 90-minute guided breathwork practice and time for reflection and debrief, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, become more aware of what's happening within you, and explore new possibilities for how you want to move through life.

What we'll explore

Intention setting: Create space to reflect on how you're currently experiencing life and what you'd like to invite more of.
Nervous system awareness: Develop a greater understanding of your body's responses and how breath awareness can support regulation.
A guided 90-minute breathwork practice: Explore gentle, connected breathing in a supported, self-paced environment.
Reflection and debrief: Make sense of your experience and consider how you might carry your insights into everyday life.
Building your own practice: Discover simple ways to reconnect with your breath that can fit into your life, on your terms.

Returning to your own creative choice

Breathwork is an opportunity to pause, notice what is happening within you and create space between what you experience and how you respond.

As you become more aware of your breath and your patterns, you can begin to recognise where you have choices: what you want to release, what you want to nurture, and what you would like to move towards.

This is a creative act — an opportunity to reconnect with your own sense of agency and participate more consciously in the life you're creating.

You might be seeking greater calm, more meaningful connections with loved ones, a deeper relationship with yourself, or simply more room to enjoy the life you're living.

The intention isn't to force change or get everything right. It's to develop a simple, accessible practice that meets you where you are and supports you in moving towards what matters to you.

Is this for you?

This morning is for anyone curious about breathwork, nervous system awareness and creating more choice in their life. No previous breathwork experience is necessary.

Come as you are, with an open mind and an intention to explore.
