Shamanic Breathwork guides us into altered states of consciousness where profound healing, growth and emotional release can take place. Together we will explore the power of the breath, the power of community and the power of our own bodies to heal, release and regulate.

The evening will include a warm cup of cacao, a transformative Breathwork flow, & guided meditation.

Shamanic Breathwork works on all levels of our being, physical, mental / emotional, & spiritual.
