Breathwork for Better Health
Ready to boost your wellbeing? Join us in person for an informative and practical dive into the principles of the breath and how it relates to our emotional state, our physiology and often times the state of our health.
The world is suffering from an epidemic of poor breathing (we are chronic Over-breathers) and it's not because people are flawed or lazy, it's just because proper breathing is not taught and supported in the community in the modern western world. Ancient knowledge of how to support people through the breath has not been passed on. Over time dysfunctional breathing can lead to Autonomic Nervous System Dysfunction, anxiety issues, respiratory problems or more serious health issues.
Breath retraining addresses the physical, chemical and psycho-physiological aspects of breathing and can minimise or eliminate symptoms associated with:
Asthma and COPD
Diabetes
Epilepsy
High Blood Pressure
Insomnia
Anxiety and Panic Disorder
Snoring
Sleep Apnea
Learn about the principles of Breath retraining from Oxygen Advantage and Breathless Master Breathwork Instructor Brad Levey.
