50 minute Breathwork Class

In this class you can expect to experience various Breathwork practices weaved together in a beautiful flow with music that takes you to a place of pure peace and bliss.

Agenda for the event:

Introduction to Breathwork from Victoria, Master Breathwork Instructor: To make sure you feel completely comfortable, Victoria will provide an introduction to Breathwork: what it is, the science behind how and why it works, how it can benefit you, and what to expect during the session.
Learn Practical Breathing Tools: Learn simple, effective Breathwork techniques that you can take with you to improve performance, reduce the risk of burnout, and create a sense of calm in your everyday life.
Balanced Breathwork Flow: Victoria's sessions blend both slower than normal and faster than normal breathing with curated music to take you on a relaxing journey inward. This style of Breathwork will leave you feeling calm clarity and deeply connected.

Wear comfortable clothing that you feel relaxed in
We have blankets and bolsters at the studio for extra comfort. Located in the beautiful calm space at Rare Yoga in Bondi Beach (just above Woolies).
Journal (optional- this is a great time to reflect)
