Breathwork, Ice Bath and Sound Healing

Join Melissa and Robbie for an afternoon of breathwork, ice bath and sound healing.

During the workshop you will be guided as we dip our toe into the Autonomic Nervous Systems - Sympathetic and Parasympathetic and learn new ways to help recognise and balance both systems. For two hours, you will get hands-on training with the importance of Breathing Mechanics, Breathing Exercises, Cold Exposure, and Mindset/Focus. This will include a light lecture that introduces the science behind the method, how it is affecting your mind and body, and how you can use the method to your advantage. 
In addition, you will learn methods to become comfortable with being uncomfortable through be movement, your breath and getting into the ice* (optional) , all while having a lot of fun. 

After the workshop, you will be equipped with a new set of tools, training and knowledge to upgrade your daily life. This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, I advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional.

After the breathwork and ice bath, you will be guided by Melissa in a sound healing. Melissa uses a variety of instruments including: crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, a gong, and many others. Melissa is intuitive and an open channel to the higher dimensions. Come and experience the beautiful sounds which will take you on a journey of love and expansion. 

Cacao and light nibbles will be on serve afterwards.
