Our 3 hour workshop is focused on optimising your health, building resilience and connecting with like minded people.
Gain the knowledge of the science of Breathwork and cold exposure and how it positively benefits us at a physical and mental level.
Experience Breathwork practices which have been scientifically proven to reduce cortisol (stress hormone), reduce inflammation, reduce depressive symptoms and activate our parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system.
Experience an ice bath immersion which also reduces stress hormone and inflammation and improves vagal tone (our ability to move from stress to a rested state)
This 3 hour workshop is on Saturday the 24th October from 12pm - 3pm at Hyperactive Gym, Byron Bay.
There will be discussion and education sections, combined with breathwork experiences and the infamous ice bath immersion.
