Energise & Balance

Over 60 minutes we'll move through calming breaths to settle the nervous system, some active rounds to build energy and heat, a few breath holds to train your CO2 tolerance, and a guided meditation at the end to land it all. No incense, no chanting, just your breath and your nervous system doing what they're built to do. You'll walk out clearer, lighter and a bit more switched on than when you walked in.
