In reverence of welcoming a New Moon and the Winter Solstice – I invite you to embark on a journey of inner renewal. I welcome you to join our small circle where we will prepare to cocoon ourselves in the wisdom we harvest and sow the seeds of our life for spring emergence.

You can expect to arrive and settle into the circle. There will be a check in that includes a brief ‘what to expect’ in the consciously, connected breathwork cycle. From there we will move into the breathwork journey. When everyone has completed the cycle, we will move into optional nature collaging where fresh fruit and tea will be available. We conclude with sharing our internal experience to whatever extent is comfortable for each individual.

I bring different layers of experience to the circle. Over 5 years of breathwork experience, psychology and counselling degrees, training in psychedelic assisted therapy and expressive therapies. I have 10 years of professional experience in healthcare delivering clinical education. I bring 38 years of experience in this body navigating the ebbs and flows of life.

I facilitate for intimate groups in the USA and Perth. I also facilitate for private clients and couples in my home.

No experience is necessary. Bring an open heart and respect for the confidentially of the container.

Please bring a cozy blanket or two and any other items of comfort for lying on the floor for an extended period of time.
