Breathwork Session- Small Group Max 4 people - Quinns Rocks

I invite you to join me in a beautiful conscious connected Breathwork journey in a small intimate circle.

The session will last 2 hours, where I will incorporate breath, movement, bodywork, sound and meditation.

This technique is an holistic approach used to Reduce Stress, For Trauma Healing, Increase Body Awareness, Emotional Release , Improve Resilience, Enhance Mental Clarity and to Support Personal Growth.

Please wear something comfortable, bring a water bottle, journal if you would like to write about your journey and an open mind. Everything else is provided.
