Find Inner Peace, Joy, and Love through Breathwork

Are you feeling disconnected or like something is missing in your life? You may be exhausted and we are only at the start of the silly season… If you’re longing for a sense of inner peace, joy, and deep connection, or you're hearing your body whisper and calling to you that it’s time to reconnect with your true self, then this session may be just what you need.

Join me for a breathwork journey designed to help you cultivate inner peace, joy, and love through guided breathwork, journaling, somatic coaching, and group connection. Breathwork is both a powerful and nurturing experience that can provide you with the tools to release stored tension, open your heart, and reconnect with the calm, grounded, loving version of yourself that exists beneath the noise of everyday life.

What to Expect:

1. Breathwork: Unlock Your Body’s Natural Healing

Through conscious breathing you will activate your body’s relaxation response, allowing you to shift from any tension to cultivate the energy you desire in your body. Taking a trauma informed approach will help you move from your conscious mind, quiet your inner critic, and create space for you to drop into your sub-conscious and the bodies and soul’s wisdom to find what truly matters and your way back to yourself.

2. Journaling: Unlock Your Inner Wisdom

Writing can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and intention setting. After the breathwork, you’ll be guided through reflective journaling to help you capture your reflections, emotions and set new intentions.

3. Connection & Coaching: Connect with Your Body’s Wisdom

There is immense power in community. Someone’s reflections and journey may hold just the message you needed to hear and sharing yours may be a gift to another. As you share, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions for any additional coaching support.
