Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) has an emphasis on using a gentle, longer than normal breath for integrated personal and spiritual development where the emphasis is on self awareness and self paced clearing leading to self mastery.

This style of conscious, connected, full breathing allows integrated access to the spiritual, physical, emotional and mental levels of an experience in a breathwork session and clearing and reprogramming at the level of cellular memory.
