SATURDAY BREATHWORK, MEDITATION & ICE BATH SESSIONS AT MANLY BEACH OPPOSITE HOTEL STEYNE! Start your Saturday RIGHT with Life Changing Breathwork, Meditation, Ice immersion, Connection, Music, laughter and Vitality!!!!

The benefits for your Mind, Body & Soul are phenomenal. Saturday Session starts at 7am SHARP. Please arrive on time.

Open for everyone young or old, first timers or regulars. Run by Qualified Breathwork Instructor Fabian Wesselink. We can't wait to welcome you!

Please bring: Friends, swimmers/towel (wetsuits are for cheaters!), 2 bags of ice per person ESSENTIAL (servo or supermarket) .
