Join us for October's Circular Breathwork Journey on Oct 5th at 11:30 AM, held at Uprising Yoga Studio!

This 2-hour session will be led by Traeh Song, certified Clarity Breathwork practitioner & lead facilitator of "The Intimacy Initiative".

Open to beginners, this journey will deepen your connection to your breath and enhance your overall well-being. Experience the benefits of breathwork, including improved athletic stamina, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to your body. Foster a sense of community as we breathe together and gain clarity through guided circular breathing techniques.

What to expect:

This workshop will consist of 30 minutes grounding, setting intentions, and introduction to circular breathing techniques; 60 minute guided breathwork journey; 30 minutes for savasana & integration with the group to close the journey.

Breathwork brings forth a myriad of experiences as your nervous system regulates & your body shows you what it intuitively needs. It may feel like deep rest, vivid emotional release, or blissful joy. You are encouraged to show up with an open curiosity to discover what this unique journey will hold for you this day.

Bolsters, blankets, eye masks & yoga mats are provided to create a comfortable space to sit or lie down for this journey. Extra comfort items are encouraged (more blankets, pillows, clothing layers). Bring your own water container, journal, and sacred totems.
