Return to Your Essence breathwork sessions are designed to allow you TRANSFORM your energy within, from suppressed emotions, energy blocks, anxiety, pain, suffering YOU can, by consciously breathing, release and let go.

The breath centres our nervous system letting us to do or work, live calmly and with awareness.

Throughout practices of Kundalini Kriyas from Himalayan linage of ancient masters of India, we explore the power of your breath, its influence and its effect. Working with the breath provides us with a unique opportunity for healing because we can release, awake, and discover our true essence simply by breathing consciously. Practice might also involve use of mantras, mudras, and gentle body movement in order to move the energy around.

Breathwork promises clarity, vitality, optimal energy, and much more, promises to lead you to self-mastery and transformed life. Breathwork is ultimately a life process connecting and improving every part of you.

Each one of the weeks will have a different structure and focus, in which you will be encouraged to do your own soul searching, in a safe and comfortable environment. The body and breath can be used to heal the mind, and the mind and breath can be used to heal the body.

Paulina is an experienced breathwork facilitator. Through breath she found a new meaning to her life and finally realised what is her soul purpose here. She used those practices to heal her childhood wounds, limited beliefs and suppressed emotions.
Paulina strongly believes that self healing journey is on going process of transformation. Things can come up when least expected. She is deeply drawn to helping those who are feeling alone to become empowered, inspired and healed though the practice of inner work.

She intuitively guide her students in search of their souls purpose. She is passionate about shadow work and spiritual alchemy of transformation.
