Here is where the mind can find silence in stillness as we return to sacredness. Sounds waves are powerful yet gentle enough influence the body as brain waves slow down to 4-8 Hz Theta. This is how the body heals itself in deep sleep “Yoga Nidra”. The body will feel lighter & vibrations can felt down to the cellular level. Release hormones in the body to relax & heal itself.
