Join Darren Obong at Twelfth House Tea Sanctuary for an evening of breathwork, sound, meditation, tea, and community. During this two-hour experience, we will explore an active breathwork practice to help drop ourselves into the present moment, rewire our nervous systems, and immerse ourselves in the vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls and other healing instruments. All while being guided through yoga nidra to help reconnect us to the subtle energies of our bodies.

Tea, lite bites, and an eye mask will be provided for you to take home after the experience.

Darren Obong

Darren is an intuitive guide and embodiment teacher who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives. He works with people from all walks of life and offers his work privately in 1:1 sessions with his clients, for big corporations, private events, and other special and sacred occasions.
