Event description

** Postponed due to COVID. Please book for the online journey **

An immersive meditation experience to restore the soul. Delight in quiet connection through guided breathwork and minimal soundscapes.

Breathwork Soundscape is a guided meditative sound journey, inviting you to surrender, reflect, and simply Be. Composer and musician Nat Grant will lead a journey into deep rest through minimal sound. Interdisciplinary artist and facilitator, Dina Smirnova, will use her voice to further invite release into a hypnagogic state. Join in a moment of silence: a moment of release.

Accessibility

Breathwork Soundscape has been designed to be accessible and inclusive for all bodies, abilities, genders and expressions of identity.

As the intention is to connect deeper with nature, you will be encouraged to sit, stand, move or lay down on the earth. However, you may bring a mat, camping chair or cushions if needed.

This event is recommended for ages 15+. No small children or pets. Service animals on leads are allowed.

You may also contact hello@dinasmirnova.com with any questions or accessibility requirements. You may let us know requests, such as if you should you require a chair, or if you will be bringing a service animal. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, and appreciate notice (where possible) to make special arrangements.
