HOW IT WORKS

"Breathwork" is an umbrella term used to describe a variety of conscious breathing practices. It provides a meeting place for science and spirituality to come together.

What is the first thing that changes when you are feeling stressed, challenged or upset?

It's the breath.

There is a strong relationship between your breath, Heart and Nervous System. Your body knows how to process stress and regulates through the Nervous System.

Conscious Breathwork is a proven, powerful and effective way to:

Energise the Body
Open the Heart
Connect with the Brain and different layers of consciousness and
Release unprocessed emotion and tension.

What happens to us when we are unable to release stress or hang onto unresolved life experience?

As your body keeps the score, tension becomes stored in the body. It can build up and influences our beliefs, thoughts, actions and behaviours.

What if this accumulating tension was like an iceberg impacting on your life? What if this also influenced your interactions with your environment and future generations?

The conventional approach usually involves talking about, unpacking and revisiting emotions and memories. This is like thawing out the iceberg in the sun. The top of the iceberg melts, then more ice floats to the surface and the cycle continues.

What if you had a sledge hammer to smash this iceberg into a million pieces? What if you could breathe in a way to engage the Body, Brain and Nervous System to stimulate a release? Invite in a sense of harmony, peace and lasting relief? Leaving you feeling uplifted, inspired and aware of the healing power within you
