Event description

Come as you are. Open hearted, willing and curious. Breath goes for 1 hour 40 minutes approx. Mats, bolsters rugs and  pillows provided. Intimate and cosy surroundings, 10 pax only. Gently and kindly guided with cool ambience. You will float out the session, leaving all stress and tension behind. 
Advise facilitator of health issues. 
Gentle hands on bodywork included if preferred. 
Held with safety and care !!!!
